A: Kathy was most helpful.  She assisted us above and beyond the call of duty.  She was knowledgeable our  the community, the builder and the surrounding areas.  Since we were shopping over the internet, she helped us with more than just Palmetto Row.  She educated us on many of the other things we were looking for.

A: The price was perfect for us.  We wanted to buy at the lowest point and then add the amenities in the home that are important to us.

We love the location of everything, plus the quietness of the community.  The Craftsman style architecture sets it apart from all the other "cookie cutter" neighborhoods.
